The central lock allows to unlock and lock all the doors of the car and the tank of the gas tank at the same time. Door locking management can be centralized and decentralized. The first is the existence of a single electronic control unit on all doors. Second, in addition to the central control unit, each door is equipped with its own electronic block. Decentralized management has been distributed because the number of control systems functions has increased significantly, so it is too difficult to control them from a single control unit. central lock device

central lock device

The central lock device consists of input sensors (these are the circuit breakers of doors and microswitches in the design of the castle), directly the control unit and actuators-the actuators. The task of the end switch is to lock the position of the door and pass information about it to the control unit. And the micro-switches, or "cries", as they are called, record the position of the structural elements of the door lock.

Front door of the vehicle is equipped with a cam. To fix the position of the front door, the front doors have micro switches (the screams, as they are called motorists)-two per gear. One miep forms a signal about the locked castle, the second one about the unlocked.

Two other micro-switches are equipped with a central locking device: by analogy with the cam device, one miyk passes a signal to the control block about the locked lock and the second one is released.

The fifth micro-switch is fitted to the lever in the lock actuator. There it determines the current position of the door: when the door is open, the switch contacts are closed and the central lock system is deactivated.

The signals from all micro-switches accept the electronic block, and then they are transmitted to the central control unit. If necessary, open the boot door or door of the fuel tank, the central unit sends the signals to the control units and affects the actuals in the locks.

Actor device

The atuitator design contains an electric motor with a direct current and a gearbox. The retractor shall convert the rotation of the electric motor into the back and forth movement of the lock cylinder. The electric motor in the actuator design may be replaced by a pneumatic actuator-this is characteristic of the deutsche mark.

The central lock system is controlled by a remote control. The signal is transmitted with radio waves: in the ignition key chain, a radio transmitter is incorporated, and the receiving antenna is located in the central control unit. On average, the range of the remote control is about 10 meters. The old vehicles are locked and locked by a key to turn in the lock.

How the central castle works

Before talking about the principles of the central castle, it is worth noting that the system operates regardless of whether the car is opened or not.

First, the remote control of the door lock. The principle is simple: locking or unlocking occurs when a special button on the remote control is pressed. Further, according to the principle already described, the signal is received on the receiving antenna, after it is processed, the central control unit transmits the signal to the door control blocks and the dressing-room doors and the hatch of the fuel tank. When the doors are locked, car alarms are automatically activated, and some cars have the so-called "glass fins": they ensure that all windows are closed.

It is also worth noting that all vehicles are equipped with a security system that is activated in the event of an accident and automatically opens all the locks. This works as follows: the signal from the control unit is transmitted by the passive safety system to the central unit. It ensures the actuation of the actuating device on all doors and locks shall be opened. This is so that the driver and passengers can easily get out of the car in an accident.

As for locking the door of a car with a key, it is even easier: it is necessary to simply turn the key in the lock. Then there's a screaming inside the lock that's responsible for blocking the lock. And the exact signal from the micro-switch is passed to the door control unit and then to the center block. It produces a signal and distributes it to all local door controls and actuates the electric motors of the actuators. Unlocking occurs in the same way.

Managing a central lock by using a key explicitly loses the remote control. The main disadvantage is the freezing of keyholes during the winter months. The device is filled with moisture, which is turned into ice at a time, and the key simply does not fit into the well or turn. It is possible to bring the system into the norm by means of the burner, but it is necessary to be extremely careful not to damage the inner mechanism of the castle.

With the remote control of the central lock, only one problem can arise-these are the discharged batteries, which, however, can be easily replaced with new.
