Many VAZ-2108 owners with the carburetor have been faced with the engine not gaining steam or glitchet when they hit the gas. Under the cover of the air filter, the gasoline is visible in the primary chamber.
The carburetor may have been caused by several:
-Needle valve for the shut-off valve;
-Deformation of bars of floats;
-a refundable fuel line sensor.
For these reasons, the level of gasoline in the float chamber may be increased and the fuel is spilled into the spray chamber. This leads to the reenrichment of the mixture, which leads to flushing when the gas pedal is pressed. It is necessary to replace worn or deformed elements and clean the carburettor.
