The question "How to correct the machine?" is most often asked by new drivers. This is not taught in driving schools, so the rules for filling cars at petrol stations have to be met by themselves. However, there are subtleties at the gas station that even experienced drivers sometimes do not know.  How to fix a car.

How to fix a car.

Well, it's not hard to get a gasoline or a diesel car correctly. Many modern refills have special personnel who take over the entire technical part of the process, so you only have to pay for the fuel. But now we're talking about the gas stations where we need to do everything on their own.

1. Recall the type of fuel that your car should be fueling and select the column you will be fueling.

2. Remember the side of your car's tank. As a hint, you can look at the dashboard: on a fuel level indicator, many cars have a column and a arrow that shows the side of the fuel tank in your car.

3. Move to the column by the side where the fuel tank is located. Don't pull the hose through the whole car!

4. Turn off the engine (this is a safety requirement that many drivers are neglected for for some reason).

5. Note the column number and type of fuel to be filled in.

6. Lock the vehicle.

7. Go to the cashier's office, name the cashier the column number, the fuel type and the amount you want to fill (or the amount for which you plan to refute).

8. Remove the desired pistol from the column and insert it into the tank. Press down on the Filling Gun and lock it up with a special "dog".

9. As soon as the amount of petrol/diesel is paid, the column will turn off automatically.

10. Press the lever to unbutton the dog. Gently pull the gun out of the tank.

11. Put the gun in the column.

12. Close the fuel tank.

If all of the paid gas wasn't in the tank (for example, you paid 30 liters, and you got 25), you should go back to the counter again so you can get the change back.

There's a gas station on which the driver first refills the fuel tank, and then he goes to the cashiers ' office. Typically, the action sequence is written in the column itself. In this case, you should just switch the action points: first start and then pay.

Please note that smoking at the gas station is strictly prohibited and can be simply dangerous. Many refuelling stations also do not allow the use of mobile phones. There is a version that the radiation of the phone can cause an explosion, but there is no evidence or refuting of this yet.

It is prohibited to pump petrol into glass containers, plastic containers without antistatic coating, as well as open containers. If you need to pour some petrol into a plastic can and don't get anything else under your arm, you can just put the can in the trunk so that the gas station operator doesn't see what you're fueling.

How do we gas the car?

Another question that many of the drivers are concerned about is, "How do you correct the gas?" The particulars of motor vehicles transferred to the GBT have their peculiarities.

  • The engine must be stopped before the gas can be refuted.
  • The filling-in of the filling equipment shall only be provided by a gas station officer, the same shall include and turn off the column.
  • Check the integrity of the cylinder before making the GBT refueling: if there is damage to it, gas cannot be gas-corrected.
  • Check the liner, which goes to the cylinder: if it is reclined, the gas station can be dangerous.
  • Always control the filling process and report to the service station officer if something goes wrong.
