Signs of a failure in the KIA Sorento II steering gear:

-the steering wheel is missing on one or both sides at a working liquid temperature of up to 30 ° C. In the process of warming up the fluid of the hydroamplifier 50-110 C appears;
-Efforts at the steering wheel have been lost at the centre of the wheel;
-increased "sensitivity" of the steering wheel. The angle of the rudder does not correspond to the angle of the wheels (car "throws" on the road);
-The sound in the steering gear (gear racks) with the transmission of vibration to the steering wheel at the central position when driving on the rough road. When the rudder is rotated, the knocking is significantly reduced;
-a drop in the level of the hydraulic amplifier fluid, the appearance and accumulation of a liquid in the dust of the steering forces;
-The steering wheel is poorly returned (not returned) to the central position when the vehicle leaves the turn.
