Many of the owners of the Kalibers encounter, over time, a disagreeable knock at the front, in the area of the steering gear. Since the rake itself is not reliable, some services recommend that you replace the gear rack.

However, often the reason for the clatchs is not the steering gear and the steering column. Sometimes it is sufficient to check the tightening of the bolt at the junction of the steering gear and the steering column. To diagnose the steering column on your own, you have to pull the steering column onto yourself and rotate the steering wheel. If there's a knock, then there's a problem in the steering column. The steering column is not repaired, it needs to be changed.
