Generally, the fan of the cabin in the Opel Corsa D begins to whistle when the first fan speed is turned on. If the vehicle is under warranty, the motor of the fan can be replaced by a dealer. Some specialists associate the appearance of a fan whistling with the design of this node.

It is possible to try to solve the problem by dissolving the fan and lubricating the motor bearings.

In order to gain access to the fan, the glove compartment and the duct must be removed. The ventilator is secured by three self-actuators. They need a 5.5-mm-hexagon key to get them.

It's the easiest to grease the bottom bearing. In order to lubricate the top bearings, it is necessary to remove the retina, which complicates the process of disassembly. The bearings will be a regular silicone grease.

It is often the case that the retinal itself needs to be cleaned up-in time it is covered by the heist. The roar leads to vibration and, as a consequence, the appearance of foreign sound when the fan is operating.

It is often possible to find dry leaves and other debris inside the body of the heater. Since the duct is not equipped with a filter, extraneous objects are easily inwards.
