Fuel injectors shall be tested on a cold engine only. To check the voltage, successively remove the valves at the engine running and connect the LED with the LED (not the reference lamp). If the LEDs flash rhythmically, the connection is in order.
For the measurement of the resistance, remove the pin and attach both contact of the nozzle to the metre. At 20 ° C, the resistance shall be 14.5 1 ohm. Replace the nozzle when there are strong differences.
To replace the nozzle:
- Demonstrate the fuel distributor pipeline with the nozzle screw.
- Detach the nozzles from the noodles without disconnecting the fuel lines.

- Sequently view every nozzle: only one drop should be made-if the bicker is bigger, then the nozzle is to be replaced.
