Fuel injectors shall be tested on a cold engine only. To check the voltage, successively remove the valves at the engine running and connect the LED with the LED (not the reference lamp). If the LEDs flash rhythmically, the connection is in order.

For the measurement of the resistance, remove the pin and attach both contact of the nozzle to the metre. At 20 ° C, the resistance shall be 14.5 1 ohm. Replace the nozzle when there are strong differences.

To replace the nozzle:

  • Demonstrate the fuel distributor pipeline with the nozzle screw.
  • Detach the nozzles from the noodles without disconnecting the fuel lines.
  • On several occasions turn the ignition on and off to make the fuel pump.
  • Sequently view every nozzle: only one drop should be made-if the bicker is bigger, then the nozzle is to be replaced.
  • To test the sprayers to remove the fuel dispenser, disconnect the tequers from the other trout to the probed nozzle and drain the fuel into the receptacle.
  • When the nozzle is on, the nozzle shall be sprayed with a conical jet.
  • Perform this check for the rest of the nozzles.
