In the course of the Russian motorists, the word "wind" has long become negative-it designates any preheater. In fact, Webasto is the name of the German company, which is engaged in the production of automotive components (including preheaters, which are particularly popular in Russia).

The main task of the wind, like any other preheater, is to make it easier to start the engine of the car during the cold time of the year, to warm the passenger compartment before the launch, and to remove ice and snow from the body.

The Webasto preheater is a compact device that is placed under the hood of a car. The engine heat exchanger plowers into the engine cooling loop and its power system is connected to the fuel tank. Webasto is connected to the vehicle's vehicle network.

The work principle of the webs is as follows: The fuel from the tank of the vehicle comes into the combustion chamber of the Webasto, in the heat exchanger of the preheater, heating liquid, heated liquid, is moving along the cooling loop of the car, giving heat to the engine and stove.

  • the fuel from the tank of the vehicle comes into the combustion chamber of [ [ Webasto]],

  • in the pre-heat-exchanger heat exchanger heats the cooling fluid,

  • the hot coolant fluid moves along the cooling loop of the car, giving heat to the engine and the stove.

There are two ways to manage the Vebast preheater: the timer set at the salon or the remote control. The warm-up process ends with readings of the ambient temperature sensors and the ambient temperature.

Vebast is particularly relevant for diesel car owners, but this option is very useful for gasoline cars (especially for cold winters). However, many car owners do not want to bet Webasto, explaining that the prestart heater will consume too much fuel. In fact, the fuel consumption from the vastast increases slightly: on average, the system consumes about 0.5 litres of fuel per hour, while the engine and salon are most likely to leave at least 15 to 20 minutes.
