"Weber" Carburetor is named after an Italian engineer who invented it. However, he received the greatest distribution in domestic cars, mainly VAZ.
The Webber's single-chamber carburettor served as a promoter for DAAZ's carburetor (it is the same zone), but the domestic models are technically more advanced and refer to second-generation carburettors, unlike Weber. Weber is a single chamber carburetor, the air flow is vertical, the system of the launch is semi-automatic. The axis of the shale is made of strong steel, and the veils and emulsion tubes are made of bronze. On earlier modifications of the carburetor, Weber installed a screw adjustment propeller, replaced by an air-controlled valve.
On the first instance of VAZ cars was installed a 2-chamber Weber, but now there is only one-chamber version in the shops. It's a simple carburetor without any additional systems. The modifications for front-wheel-drive and non-wheel-drive WALs differ only in the assembly parts.
