Lifting and firing of spark plugs on Citroen C4

A Citroen C4 car with an EP6 engine will need to be replaced by: Chassis dynamometer with 23 Nm, extension of at least 15 cm, fresh 12-sided key "14" (code FORCE 5497714, Beru SW 14 Bi-Hex, Hazet 4766-2, FORCE 807314M). First, you need to disconnect the ACBA. Remove the decorative cover of the engine by opening the two screws from the top and unbutton the four latches from the bottom.Remove the spark plugs. Attention: if necessary, plug out the spark plugs.

• Chassis dynamometer with 23 Nm,
• Elongation of at least 15 cm
• 12-sided key "on 14" (code FORCE 5497714, Beru SW 14 Bi-Hex, Hazet 4766-2, FORCE 807314M).

1. First, you need to detach the KB.
2. Remove the decorative cover of the engine by twitching two bolts from the top and unlocking the four latches from the bottom.
3. Press the spark plug on the lever, unplug the electrical wiring harness.
4. Eject the ignition coil from the candle well by pulling them up (it may be necessary).
5. Take out the spark plugs.
6. Attention: if necessary, plug the spark plugs.
7. Replace the spark plugs with new and tighten up to 23 Nm.
8. Collect everything in reverse order.
