The replacement of the full-wheel drive installed on the front wheels is carried out in several steps.

First, remove the wheel and the brake mechanism:

1. With the head on "19", twist the two bolts retaining the sub-port;

2. Reject the two thumbscrews on the step to remove the disc.

3. Remove the cover from the center of the hub, remove the nut (new cover);

4. Head to "10", remove the bolts of the step (all three), remove the step.

In fact, the muff itself is located on the hub, so it is possible to replace it and collect it all back. However, it is more often necessary to repair the power of the mufti, which is located on the turning fist. The fist is removed as follows: A hexagon on the "5" or a key to "10" spin the speed sensor of the ABS; remove the brake shield from the upper arm.

  1. A hexagon on "5" or a key on "10" spin the ABS speed sensor;
  2. Using the key to "10", remove the brake shield.
  3. From the attachment of the upper arm to remove the leader pin, the key to the "19" loosening the nut;
  4. Use the key to "19" unscrew the nut clip from the steering gear (remove the retainer), remove the tip;
  5. Key to "22" unscrew the bottom arm of the mounting bracket;
  6. A special device to pull out the fingers of the balls, remove the turning fist.

On the opposite side of the turning fist on the three M10 bolts, the wheel actuator is installed, it needs to be turned off, cleaned and cleaned in the petrol. Before installing the node, you must all lubricate the system grease (type Lithol) and replace the rubber gasket with the couplings (on the hub).
