
Before you calibrate the idle sensor, do the following:
- Check battery voltage at idle. It shall not be less than 12.9 Volt
- Coolant temperature range of 70 to 100 degrees
- The ACPR should be moved to the P position
- All additional power users must be powered off
- The steering must be displayed directly
- Gearbox must be warmed up
The calibration process needs to be done per second.
- Perform Pedal Training
- Perform throttle training
- Start the engine and warm it up to the operating temperature.
- Turn off the ignition and wait 10 seconds.
- Turn on and wait 3 seconds
- For 5 seconds, fully press the gas pedal and completely release it.
- Wait 7 seconds, press the gas pedal and hold it for about 20 seconds until the Check Engine indicator stops blinking and starts to burn permanently
- Release the gas pedal 3 seconds after the Check Engine light began to burn permanently
- Start the engine and let it work at idle for at least 20 seconds.
