Before you calibrate the idle sensor, do the following:

  1. Check battery voltage at idle. It shall not be less than 12.9 Volt
  2. Coolant temperature range of 70 to 100 degrees
  3. The ACPR should be moved to the P position
  4. All additional power users must be powered off
  5. The steering must be displayed directly
  6. Gearbox must be warmed up

The calibration process needs to be done per second.

  1. Perform Pedal Training
  2. Perform throttle training
  3. Start the engine and warm it up to the operating temperature.
  4. Turn off the ignition and wait 10 seconds.
  5. Turn on and wait 3 seconds
  6. For 5 seconds, fully press the gas pedal and completely release it.
  7. Wait 7 seconds, press the gas pedal and hold it for about 20 seconds until the Check Engine indicator stops blinking and starts to burn permanently
  8. Release the gas pedal 3 seconds after the Check Engine light began to burn permanently
  9. Start the engine and let it work at idle for at least 20 seconds.
