The Japanese automaker Toyota is one of the pioneers in the production of hybrid cars, and almost every new model of this brand is equipped with a hybrid power plant.

In the Toyota Highlander II hybrid vehicles, lithium batteries are used as energy storage devices, so the owner of the vehicle will need to replace those elements after a certain amount of time.

There are special features in the heating of a hybrid car cabin. The fact is that the hybrid engine, compared to the normal internal combustion engine, provides less side heat, so the quality of the salon will have to spend more fuel and more time.

The repair of some aggregates of the hybrid Toyota Highlander II, such as ACPR, may prove costly due to the complex structure of these structural elements. Special requirements shall be applied to the insulation quality of the hybrids in order to eliminate the possibility of short circuits after passing through, for example, a small bulb.

However, all potential real drawbacks of the Toyota Highlander II hybrids seem insignificant compared to one big plus-the minimum financial costs that the owner of such a car will require.
