Types of garages

The garage is conditionally divided into "city" and "extra-urban". Urban-these are usually prefabricated iron structures that are installed on the state land of which the owner is the tenant. However, brick and concrete buildings are also found in the city, and their owners are long-term tenants of the land. Both have advantages and disadvantages. And the garages are all kinds of extensions to private homes. Both and other garages have advantages and disadvantages.

Urban garages, as mentioned above, can be metal, brick and concrete, as well as multilayered underground and land-based parking. Types of garages are larger: this may be an embedded garage (usually located in the basement of the house and not separated from it), built (most often connected to a residential building by a drum or a corridor), separately worth (independent building with individual foundation, roof and entrance), as well as an awning (it protects the car of only rain and sunlight).

Advantages and disadvantages of different types of garages

Let' s start with the advantages and disadvantages of city garages. The advantages of metal constructions of type "pencil" and "rasco" are relatively small cost and ease of installation and assembly. They are also considered temporary-in the event of the owner's move, he or she may sell such a garage to the courtyard. The lack of thermal insulation-in the winter months the iron garage will not protect the car from cold, and in summer metal panels can warm up very much. In addition, the garages of iron garages refer to the type of construction that will be demolished if necessary; however, if they are lucky, some owners receive symbolic monetary compensation for the demolition.

Brick and boned garages in the city are very rare. They are the best equipped with the best heat insulation (if you so wish it can be adjusted by the heat-amplifiers-the construction of such garages provides for this). Besides, construction of such a type of garage provides for certain agreements with the district law-if the state structures decide to demolship the garage, the owner has the right to sue. Such garages are long-lasting-this attachment to the area may reach its owner if he intends to change his place of residence. The construction of a brick garage will cost a decent amount, and the garage built from the lackeys (boobestons) is worth a few times cheaper. Consequently, because of the price and attachment to a particular location, buyers are more difficult to find than iron.

If you talk about shared parking, the main advantage is the relatively small rent that can be terminated at any time. In addition, most of these parking spaces are located directly in the house, allowing the car owner to stay on the street. However, the disadvantage of such a "shared" garage is that the tenant is assigned only a marked location, and therefore, in such a parking lot, it is not possible to store everything that is normally stored in garages-bicycles, unnecessary furniture, spare parts and tools.

We're moving to the country garages. First, let' s look at the built-in garage. It is designed in the building of a house-this is a disadvantage: for example, if the garage was originally planned for one car, and in the future it could become two, or even three. On the other hand, such a building is saving space-and this is undoubtedly its worth. In addition, such a garage does not have its own foundation and roof-it saves money.

The built garage is usually built after the house is built and there is no possibility of building a basement garage. Usually, the built garage has a single roof and a common wall, which makes the construction significantly cheaper than, for example, a separate garage.

An independent garage extension-or a separate garage-has its own foundation, lace and walls. This makes it the most expensive type of garages, because it still requires communication. The advantages of a separate garage include its relative fire safety, and the same thing that it does not "steal" space from a residential area. Such a garage can be brick, boobymetric, or metal.

And finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the garage type of shed. The first can be the simplicity of the construction and the cheapness. In addition, the car in such a garage is protected from sunlight, snow and rain, but it is lost. These garages typically do not make a few cars.  It is possible to categorize the missing thermal insulation and insecurity-it will not be difficult to penetrate it-because it has neither walls nor a gate.

In the light of the foregoing, it should be noted that the experts and the motorists themselves in the city give preference to iron garages-to make sure that it is enough to walk on the sleeping areas of the city. With all the limitations of this type, it is the optimal and least costly option. As for the garages at the country houses, it is impossible to make a definite judgment-everything depends on the means of the car owner, as well as the type of the sector and the number of cars.
