Many car owners are confident that the oil in the gearbox is "once and for all". In fact, the oil in the ICIE, as in the ACPR, needs to be regularly checked and, if necessary, dosing. There are two ways to test the level of oil in VAZ vehicles in two ways-with or without the probe.

In VAZ 2105, 2106, 2107, until 2003, there was no probe for oil in "mechanics", so you can check the level of oil in the IBC without the probe without the probe:

1. Take the car to the overpass or the pit.

2. Unprotect the engine.

3. Unlock the gearbox.

4. The finger should be used to touch the oil surface.

If the finger is dry, the oil isn't enough. You can get the oil in the gearbox of VAZ by using a special syringe.

Since 2003, the VAZ models (2105, 2106, 2107, 2108, 2109, 21099, 2110, 2111, 2112, 2113, 2114, 2115, etc.) shall be equipped with a special probe to measure the level of the liquid in the manual transmission. In such machines, the inspection of oil in the ICPC is as follows:

1. Install the vehicle on a level surface and wait 10-15 minutes for the oil to stand.

2. Search under the hood to check the level of the liquid in the gearbox. The ICP's probe is under the air filter near the wing on the driver's side. If you can't get to the probe, you have to remove the air filter.

3. Eject the probe and view the level of oil in the ICIE.

Note that the level of oil in the "mechanics" of the VAZ should be just above MAX-only the oil will be sufficient for the fifth gear, which is above all. If there is a lack of oil in the ACAT, the fifth gear will be unpleasing for the movement.
